courses
Following are the courses that I am currently taking and have taken in the past.
This file contains all the homework of every subjects compiled in a single file.
Spring 2019
PHYS 512: Classical Electrodynamics II
This course is the continuation of Classical Electrodynamics. We’ve had gone through QED in Standard Model, but this one is the Classic
version.
Homework | HW#1 | HW#2 | HW#3 | HW#4 | HW#5 | HW#6 |
PHYS 631: General Relativity
This course is the introduction to General Relativity, (that is right GR). We are learning a lot here.
Homework | HW#1 | HW#2 | HW#3 | HW#4 | HW#5 | HW#6 |
Winter 2019
PHYS 511: Classical Electrodynamics
This course is the introduction to Classical Electrodynamics. We’ve had gone through QED in Standard Model, but this one is the Classic
version.
Homework | HW#1 | HW#2 | HW#3 | HW#4 | HW#5 | HW#6 |
PHYS 576: Particle Physics
This course is the introduction to Particle Physics. We’ve had gone through QED in Standard Model, but this one pays special attention to practical aspects of those things (I guess :D).
Homework | HW#1 | HW#2 | HW#3 | HW#4 | HW#5 | HW#6 |
We had a paper as a requirement for the final of this course which is here: Final Paper
Fall 2018
PHYS T580: Big Data Analysis
This course is about big data analysis in Physics using machine learning techniques.
Homework | HW#1 | HW#2 | HW#3 | HW#4 | HW#5 | HW#6 |
PHYS 522: Statistical Mechanics II
Contunation of Statistical Mechanics I
Homework | HW#1 | HW#2 | HW#3 | HW#4 | HW#5 | HW#6 |
Spring 2018
PHYS T580: The Standard Model
This is a real course, a real one.
Homework | HW#1 | HW#2 | HW#3 | HW#4 | HW#5 | HW#6 |
PHYS 517: Quantum Mechanics II
Contunation of Quantum Mechanics I
Homework | HW#1 | HW#2 | HW#3 | HW#4 | HW#5 | HW#6 |
PHYS 521: Statistical Mechanics
Course on Statistical Mechanics
Homework | HW#1 | HW#2 | HW#3 | HW#4 | HW#5 | HW#6 |
Winter 2018
PHYS 516: Quantum Mechanics I
We are closely following Sakurai’s Book and so far this is turning bout to be a fruitful journey. Someday, I’ll have to take courses from Set theory > Topology > Differential Manifolds
and comeback to defining states completely differently but for the moment, its giving a good backgound. Good enough to make me feel like I can talk about Neutrino oscillation.
Homework | HW#1 | HW#2 | HW#3 | HW#4 | HW#5 | HW#6 |
PHYS 502: Mathematical Physics II
The course instructor is Prof. Syamalendu Bose.
Homework | HW#1 | HW#2 | HW#3 | HW#4 | HW#5 | HW#6 | HW#7 |
Fall 2017
PHYS 501 : Mathematical Physics
The course instructor was Prof. Steve McMilan. I really enjoyed doing his homework.
Homework | HW#1 | HW#2 | HW#3 | HW#4 | HW#5 | HW#6 |
PHYS 516 : Galactic Astrophysics
The course instructor also was Prof. Steve McMilan. Similar to his Mathematical physics Homeworks these homeworks were fun to work on. It was the first time I took any course on Astrophysics, these homework really helped me.
Homework | HW#1 | HW#2 | HW#3 | HW#4 | HW#5 | HW#6 |
PHYS 506: Classical Dynamics
I was in such a rush to do the Dynamics homework always, so I just submitted most of them handwritten. But many of the homework were from Goldstein’s Classical Mechanics. I only have the Midterm.
