ipython1 upgrade on frinkiac

Hello Basin group,

I just updated the version of ipython1 (parallel code) on frinkiac.

I've been using this version on my machine for some time without error,
so hopefully nothing will crop up on frinkiac.

That said, if you do notice something not working or giving weird
errors, please let me know and I will look into it ASAP.
