the system directories shown above have far more substructure than
depicted here. Currently, the actual user directories on
newton are:
- /home/newton1: (mainly) system and faculty directories
- /home/newton2: student directories
- /home/newton3: student directories
- /home/newton4: student directories
- /home/newton5: student directories
- /home/newton6: student directories
