Notes:

1] Program to calculate the velocity of sound for a temperature range of 0 to 30 degrees C, and relative humidity 0 to 100 % RH, at standard atmospheric pressure and typical CO2 concentration

2] The algorithm is based on the approximate formula published in JASA [1993] by Owen Cramer, "The variation of the specific heat ratio and the speed of sound in air with temperature, pressure, humidity, and CO2 concentration."

3] Cramer's formula gives 331.45 m/s for dry air at STP; calculations made without double precision may be closer to 331.46 m/s

4] The original formula also enables speed and gamma calculations for varying CO2 and pressure
