transition to python2.5; ipython 0.9

All,

Since the newer versions of remote rely on ipython 0.9 which, in turn,
are only compliant with python 2.5, all future releases will include
binary versions of python 2.5 and higher. I have switched the default
python on frinkiac, and installed ipython at the system level.

Let me know if you have any problems.
