basin_start.sh now installed

Hi All,

I've updated the basin_remote package such that it should now install
the basin_start.sh script into the
        {prefix}/bin directory.

This means, that by default it will be placed in
        $PWD/usr/bin

To make sure this works for your svn copy, do the following:
        svn up
        autoreconf
        ./configure (make sure you use whatever options you need here)
        make
        make install

At this point, basin_start.sh should now be installed correctly!
