basin kernel environment variable

Hello All,

I updated the configuration script for basin remote to now check the
BASIN_KERNEL_PATH environment variable.

In short, if you configure basin to install to /home/user/basin/install,
then you can set your environment variable
BASIN_KERNEL_PATH=/home/user/basin/install

and the configuration script for remote should automatically find basin.

By default, if you just build the kernel in place, the install directory
is set to ./usr so if from svn you check out the kernel into the
directory /home/user/basin you should set the environment variable
BASIN_KERNEL_PATH=/home/user/basin/basin_kernel/trunk/usr
