IPython branch now trunk

I have merged the IPython branch for basin_remote with the trunk.
Running 'svn up' on your working copy should get you up to date.

If svn gives you an error when you do this, just do a 'rm -rf trunk'
then run 'svn up' again.

Now you should have the system that uses IPython checked out.

If you need to find the code that was previously in the trunk, it now
resides in 'branches/basin_remote_original'.

Please let me know if there are any issues updating your working copies.
