All the users that have access to cvs should now have access to
subversion.
to try a checkout type:
svn co file:///home/basin
(locally on frinkiac1)

Soon, we will have ssh access by:
svn co svn+ssh:///frinkiac1.physics.drexel.edu
I have to write some wrappers on the svn command for this to preserve
the proper security settings... look to have this feature by next
meeting.
