Don't commit to CVS this weekend

All,

Please do not make any commits to the BASIN CVS from now until
Monday. If you have any changes ready to import, please do them now (by the end of the day Friday). Dan has given me word that the Subversion software is now present
on the frink. I will be backing up our repository and transitioning it to
Subversion. Monday, at our meeting, I will have information on the status
of the transition and instructions how to use the "basic" commands in the
new environment.
