Basin Kernel has been put in the cvs.
to build it:
cvs co basin_kernel
cd basin_kernel
autoreconf
./configure --enable-shared
make -j2
The BASIN-config command is generated, however does not work yet. So if you plan to write a basin program, please add a new file to the example folder and edit the example/Makefile.am accordingly.
At the moment the build only links in libraries necessary for the current code. If you plan to add fftw, cfist, etc support back into basin, please edit the configure.ac file accordingly.
Finally, the (now deprecated) version of basin is still available on the cvs via cvs co basin.
