New BASIN meeting time

Amazingly, it appears that Wednesday at 11 am is good for all
respondents. So the first meeting of the quarter will take place
tomorrow at 11 am in Disque 808. Topics will be:

1. Updates on the state of various sub-projects.
2. Upcoming visit by Stuart Levy (NCSA).
3. Visualization system.
