socket/boost demo

Hello everybody,

so we have our demo.

What it does:

1) we start a server (with mpi; how many processes you like)
2) The client (from a python session) sends commands (strings)
through a socket to node 0 of the server which, in turn, broadcasts the
commands (strings) received to all other processes. All processes
properly interpret the received strings and properly execute the
corresponding commands.

So far we have been able to create regions, add children,
display_region_contents, compute density and everything works well.
We can also display density on the server side and we are now
working on sending a graphics grid back to the client for display on
a visualization system on the client side.

The easiest way to see the demo and the code is to stop by my
(Enrico's) office on Monday (we'll be working on the visualization in
the morning so it's probably better to stop by in the afternoon).

Enrico, Jason and Ryan.
