gcc 3.4.3 now on frinkiac

I updated the compilers on frinkiac1 to use a more recent version of gcc and
recompiled mpich as well.

There are still a few problems running mpi -- something about the libraries
which may or may not be found on other nodes. Ernie, Anthony, and I are looking
into it.
