GA demo/update

Hi

just an update about the demo file.

I have prepared a tar file with all the necessary files to compile and
run the demo (it includes a README file with instructions, a Makefile
prepared by Dave and a file not necessary for the demo has been removed).
You can copy it from my home directory on frinkiac1.
